The team at Ken Garff did a phenomenal job when we came in to buy a Ford Maverick. The salesperson who helped me was Mateo Moller and Ryan Stepisnik (the sales manager). I had set up online, instead of showing up first thing in the morning, a test drive for a Black Ford Maverick with specific specs. Unfortunately a gentleman decided to show up first thing in the morning and fell in love with the truck. They did warn me right away that someone was looking at the exact same vehicle and I headed over as soon as possible. Of course, he loved the vehicle as well and ended up purchasing it. When I arrived and was told about the situation I was obviously a little upset as I had gone through the proper channels to show interest in the car. Instead of saying I'm sorry for them fortunate situation and leaving it at that, they showed me their whole line that they had on lot and coming up we work to find one that I liked even more than the black Maverick and they worked with me so everything came out slightly better than it would have if I went with my initial buy. They did not have to do that they were just following a sale that was physically there before me. The amount of work they did after the fact, the respect of my time and my family's time and ultimately finding a deal for me really had them go above and beyond any experience I've had buying a new vehicle at a dealership. We are very happy and we will be back!

I only buy new vehicles. This is the 8th vehicle I've purchased. I keep all of my vehicles but 2 of those for extended periods. By far, my experience at Ken Garff was a completely different experience than the previous 7! Through the years a woman is treated differently as she walks into buy a car. I mean this in a postive way at Ken Garff. This only happens when you have the right person in the position! The dealership was busy when I arrived because they had a big promotion running at the time. I was unaware of this promotion. I wasn't provided assistance right away because everyone was busy. But once I was I was blown away by the service I received. I wasn't sure I wanted the vehicle I came in to look at in the first place and Joel wasn't the least bit discouraged. He wanted to get me out to see if I liked the way it drove and looked inside. Once I was in the loaded model of course, I loved it. Now we just needed to locate what I needed which was very specific. Joel was right on it. I'm a business owner of a very busy local business and don't have a ton of time so I didn't have time to return back for several days to do a deal. Also, I needed to get the money transferred to buy the vehicle. So I needed time to pull all of this together. Again, Joel was on board and forged ahead. He knew I was a straight shooter as well. I did swing back by quickly and had my mom drive the vehicle the next day. I wanted her input. In the meantime Joel got the vehicle I wanted to the dealership by that Friday. I stopped by to see it quickly. It was so much better in person. We were scheduled to meet and do the deal the following Wednesday. All went as planned. On Wednesday, Joel gave me the absolute best deal he could which I was very pleased with what he could do since Ford was not running any type of rebates on the Bronco Sport. Kelly the, Sales Manager came over to meet me and talk to me, he thanked me for my purchase. Then I made my way to Jason, the Finance Manager. Jason took great care of me getting all my final purchasing paperwork done as well as the extended warranty I wanted to purchase. I had the opportunity to meet Luis the Assistant Service Manager. He made it clear to reach out to him anytime I need service on my vehicle and he would take great care of me. I've needed to purchase a few items from the parts department since I purchased my vehicle and I've had the pleasure of working with Eli and Margarito. Both have been extremely helpful to work with and very knowledgeable and nice. I will say everyone I have worked with at the Ken Garff dealership has been extremely helpful and very friendly. I truly feel like I'm already part of the Ken Garff Ford Family. Just yesterday Joel was helping me with something I needed for my vehicle. This is a rarity. Generally, after you buy a vehicle your salesperson is MIA and you're on your own. I so appreciate that Joel wants to make sure his customers are happy and taken care of you even after you've signed on the dotted line. This I will never forget nor the entire experience!! I've already recommend Joel and Ken Garff to many I know. I thank each and everyone at Ken Garff for making my buying experience of PETTAXI 2.0 such a great one!! This is what buying a vehicle should really be like!!

My wife and I were looking for a used super duty crew cab truck off and on. It wasn't an urgent need, we just knew that we would need a bigger cab than our super cab in the future. A random search found a truck listed at Ken Garff that was so new it didn't even have any pictures. I sent an interest form to the dealer and was contacted right away. The salesman, Tyler Alderson, sent several videos and pictures of the truck, as I live 50 miles from the dealership. We had several back and forth texts, with more information and pictures relayed each time. We were able to come to an agreement on the truck over the phone. My wife and I scheduled a time to come up and physically inspect the truck. Tyler had the truck pulled up and easily accessible. We inspected the truck, asked a few questions, then took it for a test drive. While on the drive, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. From the time we pulled into the dealership until the time we left with all paperwork signed, the entire process took about 90 minutes. Fairly painless process. The truck had been in the shop for an inspection prior to our test drive. Some issues were found. We went ahead with the purchase anyway, The truck stayed at the dealership for another week to get the items repaired and replaced. Tyler coordinated delivery of the truck after all repairs were completed, saving my wife and I a half-day's worth of time going to the dealership and back. Tyler has also answered several questions about the truck and process post-sale and post delivery. Since the sale had already been made and the truck was delivered, he did not have to do that, but it was appreciated and showed true pride and professionalism in his salesmanship.

I bought a new Expedition from Ken Garff, working with Mateo. I was previously driving another brand of car and the technology in the new Expedition was quite a bit different. I made an appointment to meet with Mateo after the purchase to go over the technology. Mateo spent almost 2 hours with me, giving me a tutorial on all aspects of the car.
