Ken Garff Ford in Fort collins has undergone a dramatic transformation. Moving Luis into management was a great first step and the team led by Kristof and Daniel and the other new members, they now put a premium in it effort into customer service. And never forget those mechanics in the back. I've gotten to meet several of them and they are dedicated to getting my car fixed correctly.! I have owned three Fords for over 10 years straight and I've owned Fords continuously for 37 years and the best service right now is with Kristof and Daniel.!!
Awesome experience buying a truck! Fair trade in valuation, and a great sale price on the new truck. No surprises, an easy straightforward transaction. Joel was a fantastic salesman! This is one of the best Ford dealerships I have been to. Felipe, my salesman, was a great communicator and answered my questions well. He was also very willing to work with me to make sure that I was happy with the purchase of my Ford Transit van. All of the other folks I dealt with were also incredibly courteous. Really recommend this location!
I was really impressed with John Hoff at Garff Ford when I went in for a trade in. They made me a similar offer on my car but then offered a Gold Warranty Package that far exceeded anything else other dealerships have offered. I realize now how important that is for a used car.

I have a. Extended warranty from Ken Garrth Ford. I was reluctant because I did but an Toyota Corolla 2017 in excellent condition. I'm so glad I did . I needed to get a controller joint replacement that would of cost 880 dollars. I did not have to pay anything, and I had a car they let me use! . Jason Gordon sold it to me. I purchased a used car from this dealership in March 2024. Their tactics were slimy and underhanded just to get a couple of extra bucks. They were unresponsive and flat-out lied. They messed up the title, and it took three months to get the extra key they promised (in writing). Unfortunately, I am in the market for another car because the one I bought at Ken Garff was totaled - guess where I won't be going to buy another car?

As one skeptic in dealerships and sales people and I hardly ever go in, this dealership was an exception. I have Joel my salesman to thank because he started this process with me ,from building the truck, to following up and getting me in a vehicle that I thought would be extremely hard for me to get into, just because of the process of number flipping back and forth sales to management and financial problems, but this was as straight as a deal could be . I did my own research, picked out the exact model and features I wanted, relayed this to the dealership who put in the order, gave me a fair deal, and delivered the vehicle as requested. Joel was my salesperson, and he was polite and professional at all times, and while he did offer other additional services, he respected my choices and my time and did not press me if I declined a particular item. There was no BS, and the salesperson, sales manager, and finance person were all fair and professional. Very good experience overall.

I bought a new (ordered) Ranger & that went OK except for the unending salesman attempts to apply unnecessary addons. The one thing I didn't get from Ford was a hitch. I ordered a hitch through parts & brought the car back for installation. After 3 days (and taking off the back bumper) it was still not installed. I asked them to put back the parts & went over to a bike rack store (Rack Attack) and they installed the receiver hitch in 1 hour (after all, it only requires 4 screws into the frame which are already predrilled). Beware of this dealership! I bought a 2016 MKX on 7/27/24. Found a transmission leak 2 weeks ago. I live about 2.5 hours from FC so I took my car to a local Ford dealer near me. It was diagnosed with a couple seal leaks. Kornerstone warranty company claimed it was a pre-existing condition and won’t cover the repairs. The windshield on the car has 2 cracks in it. My salesman said they would fix or replace the windshield. Now they claim they can’t find anyone in my area to replace the windshield. I have contacted my salesman, John Meer several times. I ...
Wow no wonder they are 1.7 stars.... DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Not only are they unprofessional but they actually broke the law when working with our car. NOTE: They are ignoring all emails and calls to fix it. I even got Ken Garff corporate involved but they refused to make it right as well. They did almost $8,000 worth of work on our car WITHOUT approval and never gave us an estimate. (this is against the law...) Ken Garff Ford took my trade-in and sold me a 2024 Maverick XLT. My trade was a 2010 Silverado in good condition and with low mileage. They offered me 50% more for my trade-in than one of the large volume dealers in Denver. Plus, they had the type of vehicle I wanted on the lot. Ken Garff is also my hometown dealer, so I was happy to work with them. Tyler, my salesperson, was great to work with. My overall experience with Ken Garff was very positive.
